Thanks so much for your interesting and informative tutorials. I have enjoyed them and have learned a lot. You mentioned that your copper piece was hammered then "sealed". Would you tell us what you use to seal your copper? I have tried several different products, but the copper still oxidizes. Would you tell us what do you use? Thank you ever so much for your kind comments. I really appreciate you making the time. I often use a product such as Renaissance wax to seal copper. It will keep it at the stage that I have taken it to, so, if I have oxidised the copper, then it will stay that kind of black, or if the copper is still bright pink when I use the wax, it will stay bright pink. You're changing the surface of the metal when you Hammer it, it can be put into a tumbler to polish it, or used with a rotary polisher (eg, a dremel).
