AFAIK getting a + grid is not there for the conditional formatting or the Unicode format. The other option I can think of is to create a pie chart(s) with the different Harvey ball quarter with the + grid and then do the a lookups to get the image in. The problem with conditional formatting is that the harveyballs are pixelated. If you copy the table to powerpoint for example to do a nice presentation, it looks very crappy!
