You cannot publish it to Gallery if you use a extension. But you can publish it to Play Store. I learnt it by myself as I had prior coding experience. You can too learn it by watch tutorials on KZbin. This might help you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6LEoad4mdZrmZY

Make sure the API Key is correct. Also make sure you have credits in your OpenAI Account.

It seems your free OpenAI API Credits are over. You need to buy more API Credits to make your app work.
