In Photoshop/Photopea when you're making a selection, hold down on space bar as you drag and it will reposition as you move the mouse. Another handy shortcut is holding down on alt to expand from the center. I hope that this helps someone!

@Michael Feyrer Jr. Hey sir, I use Microsoft's Bing Copilot Designer for FREE A.I. designs and creations. i.e. (My Avatar and Banner on my channel) then using Gimp with CapCut to get the same effects, as well as making a simple little A.I. avatar animated for Discord and YT/Twitch/Kick/ect. streams.

There are for sure a lot of free options. I just found that I would have to work a lot harder to get ok results.
