Can we please have a few more videos on roofs. Things like split plan roof with different ridge and eave heights as the main roof, pulling a hip off of the gable end instead of off an eve. Roofs have to be lots of folks achilles heal no?

Use the search tool and "it already adds a block to your curser". I am not touching the block tool icon again, I get line item and the block with one quick search. Awesome information.

How did you get the search box to appear to look for the cabinets under the tools view? I am using the online version.

You need to either hit Shift+Enter ( or toggle off Full Screen Mode).

how do you move the blocks around freely? I cant find information on that I create one in a room and its locked in the place I have created it.

Hi Angelica! Have you tried deleting it and replacing it with a new block? You could also look to see if one of the padlocks on the measurements surrounding the block have been locked on accident!

How do you do cabinets that have diagonal edges? I always seem to have a lot of trouble with that.

If you are using a reference block in sketch, you would create an angle using the vertex tool to angle the reference block for the angled cabinet look!

Is there a way to curve reference blocks when representing, say, a curved peninsula?

There is currently no way to curve the edge of a reference block that I can think of. You could always draw it as a room, arc the wall, and shorten the walls. That would likely be the best option!

Hello, sorry I know this video has nothing to do with roofs, but it is your most recent one upload and I have a question....😊. I am currently working with a roofing company and I do all their estimates, I have come across a few roof jobs where the homeowner has solar panels installed and they are needing a reroof. How exactly do I input that on an estimate? Not sure what codes I should be using. 🤔

Can I do the same for Bathroom Wall Tiles? SO when I calculate Paint for the rest of the wall it won't include the SF that is covered by the Wall Tile?
