Sir can anaerobic type player give aerobic. Training and vice versa? Next question Boxer is aerobic type player or anaerobic ? Buffer Capacity is only to increase anaerobic threshold and is buffer Capacity for high intensity workout. Can we buffer Capacity come in endurance player

Great questions Raj. Some of my other videos-namely those in the Strength and Conditioning playlist on my channel-will answer those questions. In short, most sports have a mixture of both aerobic and anaerobic components, and therefore necessitate a multidimensional training program. For instance, throwing a strong punching combo is highly anaerobic, but lasting round after round in the ring has a strong aerobic component to it, as does the recovery from anaerobic efforts. Boxers and other fighting sport athletes therefore need to train for alactic anaerobic power, but for the power endurance to outlast a tough component.
