Was quite surprised by some of the bits in this video…not sure if this was just a collaboration video or a genuine video do your use of the system, but it doesn’t seem like you’ve used it enough to be able to give proper feedback. Some of the things you mentioned weren’t correct: 1) you can insert line breaks in documents 2) the difference in headings colour is because the Operational Hours and Terminating Your Subscription were subheadings under a main header. You can easily change that. 3) you can embed videos.

Just a first thought: Genuine use video! Aaron hadn't used it before, Lizzie used it for the first time as shown in the video having a play around, then Aaron reviewed the document and asked if certain things were possible, which Lizzie went back and implemented, such as the line breaks and explaining why the heading colours where different etc. According to engager.app the ability to embed videos doesn't really work, but I'm open to learning how you managed it! :D
