Hi Rhonda, I’m just wondering what the control A and control J is for?

ctrlA - selects everything ctrlJ - crops it all to the size of the canvas I do that so it's all fitting as it should on the template/canvas. When you move things around you end up with parts of images "hanging off the edges" I guess is the easiest way to describe it, ctrl a then ctrl j - gets rid of the hanging off the edge parts :)

When I go to upscale it will upscale the one image I choose but give me 4 results how do I keep it from doing that please.

I'm not sure, it should only be upscaling the one image you've chosen. Are you certain you didn't accidentally click on remix rather than upscale?
