I got the locking compass a few weeks ago based on your recommendation. I'd been using the Staedtler model below it, which is great, but doesn't lock. Holy crap, what a difference. Not just in accuracy, but in time saved.

It took me a long time to realise, that the process is the reward, and the result is just where it ends. I think that applies to any art.
@KingDez8083 ай бұрын
That applies to life in general. Once you reach the end you only seek another end. The journey is the most powerful and has the most impact on the Soul level. We create a goal so we may learn the things we need to along the way to that goal.

You’ve unlocked core memories. My dad was a tool and die designer in the auto industry before computers/autoCAD, etc. Because he often worked second jobs, he kept a briefcase of drafting tools at home. If you were REALLY lucky, he’d let you use his pencils, erasers, templates, etc., and I would sit and make designs with a compass much like these (but with little kid accuracy.) By the time I got to Geometry class, all of the relationships were ingrained in my brain and it was easy and fun. Haven’t thought about his tool case in decades!❤

I have been drawing Sacred Geometry for about 5 years now and you have been a constant mentor and inspiration. I learned things within the first few minutes of watching this and throughout the whole thing. Thank you for what you do 🙏 And let me give my condolences for the "death" of your compass. R.I.P 😢 I actually just ordered one for myself and a rubber putty earser. Again thank you for what you do ✌️💗⚛️

Only an intelligent being could reach planet Earth from millions of light years away. For this reason, it is impossible for any intelligent life to have any contact with a planet colonized by fear. So the paradox occurs of that Zak Korvin made a mistake by landing on planet Earth on his interstellar trip... The best 50 minutes invested in the best Sacred Geometric Art video for beginners on all of KZbin, without any exaggeration... And little is said about the impeccable editions of the videos where the 50 minutes are made short. Enorme! From here, all my respect, admiration and Gratitude. Thanks Master. All the best.

I'm in 10th grade and have started plane geometry this year. I love math and always have. This geometry class has only exponentially increased my love for maths. I love the proof-writing because it forces people to see the logical fallacies they use, which if I'm being honest has always been a pet peeve of mine, so it is rather relieving to see those things get fixed as well as improve my own thinking. It's also reinvigorated my love for art. All my life, I've made art. Drawing, specifically, is a way for me to understand whatever it is I'm drawing. I draw maps, portraits, architecture, or whatever else peaks my interest. I've wanted to find ways to apply the plane geometry because I've enjoyed it so much, and art is what I have found. Specifically Islamic design, and now your channel. It helps me understand the relationship between geometric shapes. Thank you for this masterpiece of a video. I made it half way through thinking it had only been 5 minutes, only then to realize it was a 50 minute video, of which I am very grateful for. This is by far the best description of this art form from just one video. Your delivery and explanation of the meaning and the how-to aspect of it is all perfect. Needless to say, you've well earned my subscription. Thanks again for this. It means a lot to me, personally.

Ok... I was on the edge of my seat when you were doing the second inner flower circle with ink. It might as well have been a horse race and I had my money on Your Left Hand. I had been laying on my bed, watching this. It's my first time here. Never watched anyone draw these and I'm relaxed. But during that part I sat up in bed and was leaning toward the tv like it was broadcasting the moon landing. And I just looked over at myself in the mirror and was like... Seriously? This is Suspense for you? Because that is awesome. Then I burst out laughing. And I thought of a new word. Inspired by You! relaxiety - meaning: "to feel relanxious". :) Peace!

So much art waiting to be created and so little time! New subscriber sends Greetings from Tucson, Arizona USofA. I'm LUVin' your tutorials! I've just turned 80 and you're taking me back to my12-13-year-old school days, which I found to be quite boring, and I'd idly draw during class until I got a ruler across my hands. I began working with fabrics 30 or so years ago and made many quilted mandalas, mainly for pillows and totes, without knowing what a mandala was, and then KZbin opened a whole new World and brought me to you.

What a great find for me this morning. Great video. I’m early on in my mandala journey. I build large three dimensional mandalas out of wood, like a wall art kind of thing. They are based on the seed of life. I’ve only built a couple but when I can find a space for one somewhere I’m always excited to put in the hours(last one took 250hrs) to see if I like it. It’s true, when you keep the reference points and details in your mind, it’s whole different experience. This video gave me many inspirations. Subscribed.
