We're using it for a wide variety of e-courses and it's working great at translating from PPT to HTML5. Worth noting: it doesn't work on the Mac version of PPT.

Thank you for wading into ispring also. Would appreciate short videos on this e learning software as you have done and been doing on ppt. Discovered that I can publish my slides in ispring and they maintain their animation, most of which (the animation) I learnt through your videos. This overcomes the downside that it doesn't have room for animation and drawing tools.

Does ispring suite retain morph transition and other MS PPT features also while saving it to html5 format?

Yes it does a very good job of conversion. Do test out the trial version of the software to check yourself.
