Hi Friends,
I wanna start a little series of new tutorials based around digital nature, landscapes, beautiful hills, plants, flowers, trees... all of that good stuff.
In this lesson I show you how to create a simple setup for some hills and with the power of the seed parameter you can easily cycle through all kinds of different versions until you find your perfect solution.
We will also add some nice megascans texture with a beautiful displacement effect.
Check out my patreon for more of the good stuff:

Quick tip Markus, The Bump node works with Normal and bump maps, so Hight field mode is for the bump maps and the Tangent space normal is made when you have a Normal map Great tutorial as always

funny how they will never show how they go from base simple models and grey default texture to final result saying ''I added these pretty simple textures, 4 lightings and render settings I won't show LOL'' 😆😆🤣 why even making a tutorial if u just gonna show what everybody already knows lol ofc people knows that if u put one hill behind the other, it creates depth

True, but some beginners don't know the simple Things and I already have 2 in-depth digital nature tutorials on my KZbin Channel, where I share pretty much everything that you need to know

Just search for 'c4d digital nature' and you can find 2 long tutorials about digital nature, where I share the process in detail. And even after 4 years, these techniques are still up-to-date 👍

dont get me wrong bro, I appreciate everyone who shares their workflow online for free, and it sure helps some people, but sometimes the titles and miniatures are misleading , @@3DBONFIRE 😆

Sad to see another youtuber fall to Redshift. There is just simply no more Octane users anymore. Octane is the better engine. Just great RS marketing killed it

Sketchy visuals has a lot of great octane tutorials, the basic principles are the same really and you can convert materials into octane assets too
