In AutoCAD, type INSBASE then click at the mid-point of the toilet you used as origin.

Nice demonstration. Thanks alot. Side note, for water closets, beginning with (wall based family template) caused us some problems when trying to host on a wall from another linked file (like architectural model). The solution which worked with us was beginning with (generic face-based family template) then changing the Category to (Plumbing Fixture). This way it can be hosted on any face from links. I believe this workflow is quite famous for an expert like you, but I'm writing this comment for beginners who are watching your videos. Keep on the good work. 👏
