When you started, the site covered almost entire width of the screen.. However, after you created, it occupies the center part with 15-20% blank spaces on both the sides... How to design to cover entire width?

clicking Change the Look does not take me to the options you show. There is not Header option...it simply open up a bunch of premade themes
