Hi Scott, Thanks for the video! I have been testing this process for a new implementation we are doing at one of our facilities. We are a Food based company so everything is batch tracked. During the testing I noticed I was getting the below error someone else was pointing out. "Work that is license plate controlled cannot be executed automatically" The item I tested was batch below reservation. I then tested a item that was non batch tracked and it worked flawlessly. Do you know if there is a way to make this work if the item has a batch below reservation? I believe that is what is causing the error I am getting. I did not find any documentation stating that it would not work with batch tracked items but it appears that is having an effect on my testing. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi Scott, is it possible to create one line per license plate on Transfer order, if you are shipping the same item in multiple boxes (LPs)?

thanks for the amazing videos Scott, i have a quick question. Its possible to create transfer order from an advanced warehouse to an not advanced warehouse? im trying to do it but the work is not creaded when i realse to warehouse

Thanks! Yes you definitely can create a transfer order from a AWMS warehouse to a non AWMS warehouse. If work isn’t get created double check everything on your awms set up. Take a look at the work creation history log to get some clues.

@@luisr.m1619 As far as i know, you cannot handle LP in the non AWMS warehouse. Scott will be able to guide you further on the same.

Hi Scott, as always, your videos are of great help. I seem to be having issues with the Outbound Shipment processing batch and have tried different permutations of the filter criteria to get it to pick up a transfer order but to no avail. I can therefore only create and process the outbound work when creating a transfer with the mobile app. We have a RM and a FG warehouse, where products are manufactured in RM, and has to be moved to FG when reporting as finished. Without specifying FG as the destination warehouse on the production order, users have to transfer from output to FG. Any ideas? Thanks

I had a similar scenario at a client I was working with. There's not a great answer that I'm aware of. We were lucky and there was demand in the FG warehouse for the items being produced. So MRP would generate transfers from RG to FG and generate production orders in RG. Once the goods were RAFd we'd pick the transfer orders. You might consider creating a modification so that when a RAF is done a transfer is created...

Great video Scott. it was very helpful. I tried filters on process outbound shipments batch job, but couldn't find table Invent Transfer additions as shown on the video. I tried to join tables, but still couldn't find table with that name. is there anything else need to enable on feature management. I have enabled all features as shown on video. I have successfully create TO through app and release to warehouse, but that didn't completed work and ship as last job didn't run with required filters.

Go to Warehouse management > Periodic tasks > Process outbound shipments. Expand the Records to include section. Select Filter. In the WHSLoadShipConfirm query, select the Joins tab. Expand the table hierarchy so that Loads and Load details have been expanded. Select the Load details table. Select the Add table join button. In the list of table relations, filter or search on the Relation column for Transfer order lines (Reference). Focus on the table relation in the list then press the Select button. Select the Transfer order lines table. Select the Add table join button. In the list of table relations, filter or search on the Relation column for Invent Transfer Additional Fields (Record-ID). Focus on the table relation in the list then press the Select button. Select the Range tab.

Hi Scott, great video. We have set up our test system just like this but the work is not able to process automatically. We are getting the error message that "Work that is license plate controlled cannot be executed automatically." How can this be if both our setups are exactly the same? How can this be fixed? Thanks! Not sure. On your work template do you have the automatically process flag checked? If so try unchecking that flag.

@@felipelangarica6942 Yes, the transit warehouse that is used for this process needs to be WMS controlled. That did the trick for us.
