I was evoked by the kind of personality and attitude he carries, of his age group we meet uncles who didn't live their life well nor they guide us to make one. In fact they make our life more complicated and troublesome with their advices. Heart as pure as children's + abundance of experience+Passion= Vahchef. Love you sir.

Nice Talk. The young generation as well as the parents SHOULD listen. In recent materialistic India- people only value people if they have money , not education ! very unfortunate that they want only engineers or doctors as that brings them Prestige . Listening to Sanjay , it proves that all needed is Motivation and Passion to what you to do or be! Our people have to respect that and give a chance for the kid to explore. Well done , Sanjay . Stay humble.

I get so excited when I can make the 80 mile round trip to my local Indian Grocery store to restock my supply. His Besan Flour Omelette has become one of my favorite regular recipes. I make them thin and use them as hamburger buns, hot dog rolls and even bread. Much Love and Hugs to you Chef and your family. You are truly appreciated. Blessings, Kat.

Nothing stopped me from baking . You are amazing sir. The best compliments, ( almosy every flavour is homemade and good quality products ) . Food is not something you can serve your guests, customers anyways, it something else, heart to heart connection, food is the only thing people say " am satisfied". I understood this fact which kept me moving on.
