Absolutely LOVE watching and listening to Chef Thumma! He has opened up an entire new branch of cooking for me, and due to him I am learning a new language and have a pantry shelf loaded with all sorts of new spices and herbs. I get so excited when I can make the 80 mile round trip to my local Indian Grocery store to restock my supply. His Besan Flour Omelette has become one of my favorite regular recipes.
