I was evoked by the kind of personality and attitude he carries, of his age group we meet uncles who didn't live their life well nor they guide us to make one. Absolutely LOVE watching and listening to Chef Thumma! He has opened up an entire new branch of cooking for me, and due to him I am learning a new language and have a pantry shelf loaded with all sorts of new spices and herbs. I get so excited when I can make the 80 mile round trip to my local Indian Grocery store to restock my supply. His Besan Flour Omelette has become one of my favorite regular recipes.
