Ziet er mooi uit. Welke sculpfun heb jij staan? En pas jij ook de truckjes in Lightburn toe om sneller te kunnen snijden en graveren?

Ik heb een 5W en 20W S30 staan. Ikzelf heb in LightBurn bij de machine settings de maximale snelheid van de x en y assen omhoog gezet (18000 mm/min), hierdoor kun je behoorlijke snelheden behalen met graveren. Een andere optie zou kunnen zijn om bij graveren in lightburn niet fill te gebruiken maar offset fill, dan gaat de laser niet lijn voor lijn graveren maar beweegt de laser ook naar boven en beneden. Dit scheelt vaak behoorlijk wat tijd, maar persoonlijk vind ik het resultaat bij lijn voor lijn mooier.

@@texelphoto5598 ja, dat is mogelijk. Maar als je de snelheid én accelleratie flink omhoog zet, dan zou ik niet kiezen voor offset fill als je gaat graveren. Kies dan voor gewoon fill aangezien je kop (laser unit) rustiger op en neer gaat waardoor je minder kans hebt dat je tandriem een tandje verspringt.

Hi, de lagen kun je maken middels LightBurn. Daarin kun je elke laag een aparte kleur geven met bijbehorende eigenschappen.
