ONE HOUR Layered Scrapbook Tutorial ⏰ Start to Finish!

Today I'm creating a layered scrapbook layout in real time, start to finish. Collect some supplies and we can work on this project together. I know every paper crafter wants layered embellishment clusters for their pages and even the most experienced of us can find them tricky.
