This is all amazing and so much fun! I just wish there had been a ban on genAI. It's kinda ruining the spirit for me. Reference is one thing, we always need reference but genAI is harmful. Good on Team USA for not giving in to the easy way out.

I feel like the reason I feel so disappointed in the use of AI in this competition is that the fun of these challenges is seeing how the artists interpret them, not just how they execute them. If they're just plugging the prompt into AI and seeing what results they like then the joy of the personal interpretation just isn't there in the same way.

The way to use AI is to steal it back. Pay back theft with theft. Emojify it, shaminate it, filter it, prestidigitize it, collageify it, pulp it, burn it, bleach it. Just do everything you can to teach it. AI's insidious saccharine Pre Raphaelite finish defloresced delaminated, Excoriated scorchified, torchified sfumatoed, tomatoed and debrided, derided castigated masticated, AI-viscerated🤬

I love my bundle! But I was curious as to why everyone signed in pencil? A little disappointed with that, wish an archival ink would have been used for this instead.. would show up better and last longer than pencil.

Graphite is the best for archival, signing in ink is a bad idea for archival. If you look into it most fine art prints are signed in graphite.
