Ok not what you had planned but you made the things, you could line the front of the blouse ,even out the hem, add lace trim and elastic to the sleeves and you then have a blouse you can wear and feel confident and comfortable in, but I think the shorts really need waistbands both pairs, and the skirt is an easy fix ,just regather it.
