How do you prepare for the shoot before filming them? Is there a story board? How do you prepare for something like this that has multiple layers of shooting and where do you draw your inspiration from?
@JoeyPalmroos4 жыл бұрын
For this one I actually didnt have a story oard - sorta just made it up as I moved forward! Normally would story board stuff like this out speacially if a client shoot :) Inspiration from all over the place! From music, films, ads, photos, art, people you name it :)

Hey man! I have a question regarding the actual camera settings. I'm having trouble not using "auto" mode and am trying to know how you'd get a good idea on the Camera Iso, shutter speed, and aperture for your shots. Do you think that's something you'd be able to make a video about in the future? Or at least give me some tips on what you used in this video?

I tried a similar shot where you revealed the bottle by waving a beam a light across it, which naturally is a dark shot to begin with but my shot picked up pixels and noise, and KZbin compression made it worse. ( and I was shooting in 4K, and iso at the lowest 200. At f3-4). Anyone have advice on how to get cleaner dark shots. Was thinking of using a plug in to repair footage but idk if that’ll help.
