How do I make custom stairs , change the text to vertical, separate room sections & custom 2d representations like basin, stove burners?

Hi, the app can't create custom stairs. You need to use the ones available in the library. Or, you can build custom stairs from the building blocks: www.livehome3d.com/support/lh3d-help/working-with-objects-building-blocks It is not possible to change the text to vertical. If you need to separate room sections on a floor plan, you need to draw two floor sections in your room and apply different patterns to them. You can use the Floor tool to draw a floor. This feature is available in the Pro edition only. To activate this tool, please open the floor plan, tap on the plus icon in the toolbar, and choose the Building tab in the panel: www.livehome3d.com/support/lh3d-ios-help/live-home-3d-workspace-the-2d-plan-view#drawing_tools If you want to change the object 2D representation in the iOS / iPadOS version, you need to select it and click the "Type & Representation" dialog at the bottom of the Furniture tab of the inspector. Is it possible to switch off all mouldings for the walls? i want to create walls without mouldings. buz always i have to change the settings

Hello, please select the desired mouldings for a single wall segment in the Object Properties tab of Inspector. All the wall segment drawn after that will have the same mouldings.

Hi. How can I make a balcony ? Because adding four walls makes the floor… but there is no opening wide enough to create a balcony to add later. Also the ceiling rect or the poly ceiling rect etc aren’t working for my iPad…. Please help with the balcony settings

how to you keep a new wall being drawn perpendicular to the wall you're starting from?

Thanks for your feedback! Please make sure that Snapping and Smart Guidelines are enabled in the application Settings. You can draw wall sections in any direction: -Touch the floor plan and drag the finger to start drawing. -Detach your finger off the screen to specify the end of the wall.

How do I create column with wall? Normally Column bigger then wall..building block is different right

Hello. To draw a column with the Wall tool, simply add a short wall section. To design a column that is higher than your walls, please use a building block.

Hello, the app saves projects automatically, so users don't need to take any actions. The projects that are currently opened will be saved automatically when you open the Project Gallery, or switch to another app or to the Home screen. www.livehome3d.com/support/lh3d-ios-help/working-with-projects-saving-projects To redesign a previously saved project, you need to open this project file in the Project Gallery.
