Hi, if you need to add a gate to the wall, assign the "Door" type to this object in the Type and Representation dialog.

How to select a floor without showing floor labels?

Hi, the "Extend Floor Labels" option allows you to choose what kind of information should be displayed on floor labels. This option is located on a Measurements tab of Project Settings. To access the project settings, choose File > Project Settings… from the menu. To apply changes to the current project, click the OK button.

​@@LiveHome3D Sorry, I should have been more specific. I don't want any labelling on rooms, and I'm trying to change the floor colors on various rooms and finding it difficult without showing, then hiding floor labels via the View menu. With "Show Floor Labels" off, it seems impossible to select a floor, without simultaneously selecting a wall, which then has to be deselected by holding ALT and dragging over it. If the wall is not deselected first, the fill color is also applied to it. Not the end of the world, but without a keyboard shortcut to toggle "Show Floor Labels", I'm menu diving rather more than I'd like. It would be great if floors could be selected another way than clicking on label text.
