Comment below one tip on how you made your plant space more functional. Plants took over my room. LOL! I’m going to love creating again with my cutting table back in my space.

Looks great! Funny story, my plant room used to be my sewing/yarn room. When I started collecting plants in 2021, by sewing machine was moved to my guest room. Then when plants REALLY took over, my sewing machine was yeeted into the basement (that's where my big cutting table that doubles as a potting table lives) and I created a nice sewing space there. And my yarn got yeeted into the guest room, and the plant room is mow only my plant room (and my dollhouse).

HAHAHA! I brought back the cutting table from the basement. I have my fabrics in the guest room. It’s funny how plants can take over at house. LOL! Do you still sew?

@@mixonplantsncrafts Yes I do, but more crochet then anything. Mostly alterations and such now, but I did sew professionally for theatre for a few years right after college.

@@natjoy22 wow, thanks for sharing. I want to learn how to sew clothes so bad but I just don't have the time.

Well done Rachel, it looks really put together! Your plant/sewing room is lovely 😊 I can’t give you an example of how I make my plant space more functional because I don’t have designated plant space 😅 Well, except for maybe the balcony, which doubles as storage for things that we use rarely, like tools and seasonal shoes… Otherwise, plants are on my kitchen counter and windowsills, anywhere where there’s enough light 😄

Balcony planting is great. You can grow some veggies there too. Thanks for sharing.

@@mixonplantsncrafts My son prompted me to get pumpkin seeds and we’re propagating them in a cup of perlite at the moment 😄 I’ll have to hand pollinate them and we can have a pumpkin to carve for Halloween 🎃
