Imaginative layout. I would fit a fence or a wall around the sides because if you get a derailment there, then your train is going down on the floor! Keep the videos coming. Thanks for uploading.

What a fabulously detailed layout, it's a credit to you! I'm going to be building a layout again after about 36 years and will check back on your previous videos for some tips. Could I ask is your track steel or nickel? I have lots of steel track from my last layout, and don't want to waste it. Can steel & nickel be run together? Thanks! Darren
@trotskis00layouts3 жыл бұрын
Hi Darren, I have steel and nickel tracks on this layout,I have used two sets of steel points and a small straight,and had no bother at all in the past by using both,as long as you have nice tight clean connections,I am like yourself not wanting to waste anything I have. So glad you like the layout,I have also glued everything down securely so it can be stored on its side or end. Any questions please just ask,hope you get some more ideas from my other layouts.
