Great video Coach. How would I know from looking at the LVP or LPP, which velocity to train my back squat if I wanted to be able to improve my vertical jump at BW?

Hi Jermayne, I would not be able to do that, far too complex of a question to establish from a single graph. I would be looking for multiple data points and multiple tests. And even then, there is no "jump training velocity" that can magically work your jump. - Improve 1RM - Improve body composition - Practice the skill of jumping - Improve plyometric ability - Improve concentric power - Improve eccentric energy absorption So many variables and so much work to do, all of these and more need to be developed!

I really enjoy this video and the information you provide within. I was wondering what resources or formulas you used to create your profiling tools? How reliable are they? . I would like to use this with my athlete but I need it to be repeatable and reliable. Thanks again

Hi Jose, plenty of these have good scientific backing, the Lzero/Vzero concept was recently published, although I can't find the paper (sorry) this article is a good starting place too: complementarytraining.net/novel-metric-to-compare-athletes-using-their-load-velocity-curve/

Hi! You will need to use a technology that offers a Power metric, Metric VBT is about to add this in our new 2.0 features that are goin into release this week.
