For someone who wants to learn electronic music on the M8, it can not be overstated how important a video like this is. Thanks!

To come up with a track like that is impressive. To do it so quick is even more impressive. Nice work!

Very appropriate use of drawing the rest of the owl image 😂 8:56 build up - how!? Was it DJ filter? I need to practice this device more, especially in the sound design department. This was incredible.
@RobAllison2 ай бұрын
No DJ filter. There’s a few different synths with the cutoff on OSC over 4-8 phrases. I’ll do a breakdown video. Let me know if there are any parts you’d like to know about :)

@@RobAllison There's just so many! haha. I notice that you don't conform to the phrase/chain numbering that most do (ie 10-1F for channel 1, 20-2F for 2, etc). How much are you using tables for automation during builds/breakdowns? Or do you just do it right inside the phrases?
@RobAllison2 ай бұрын
@@MrMarcLaflamme I use 00 for a kill chain and ff for an empty chain, that’s about it. I only use tables directly attached to instruments. I used them quite a lot

@@RobAllison All the parts please! But specifically interested in how you structure transitions, builds, fx chains, and use tables.
