As you see in the video, no worries about any smells? In the first laundromat it is in a back room. The second part it is in a storefront that is not connected to the laundromat. Therefore, no worries about smell. BTW, on a different note, do you tell your customers to leave if their clothes smell, and or they do? Just a thought.

How We have our dog wash is each dog wash separated with block walls and then enter is glass doors each dog wash. We have 4 on one location had it for 17 years now. Plus we have 4 or 5 inches of sewer and 2 inche water. Maintenance attended washes .

@@splashemoutlaundromat We don't have any websites due to we would have to build it Triple in size just laundry is 3,400 sqft dog wash are 225 to 250 sqft each dog wash. Reason why is due to We own most of apartments buildings. We have a commercial laundry that proceeds 2,850 lbs of linen per hour. We almost purchased a tunnel washer. Joe according to my experience after a few years on this same business you have to consider that this company's sale those machines they not support u 100% but only the 1rst year or two and only the parts and this machines need alot maintaining and special mechanics and cost.

Also you have to consider this type of business need someone stay there washing the operation all the time ,and clean after the costumer leave and keeping costumers in control bc some try to bring dogs with Scung or they put 2 and 3 dogs together on the tub.

What's the story with the bike on the wall?.

That is a 1983 Redline Bike. I had that particular bike when I raced BMX. I searched and searched for a black one, and finally found one in black that I have been in search of for years. Had to buy it and hang it in my office. Now I'm looking for one that is a PK Ripper in the same timeframe.

Not to be the naysayer, but I don't think this is a good idea. As a laundromat owner, I visit other laundromats in my area from time to time, and one of them has a dog wash such as you describe. It even has its own entrance to the building. They charge $10 for a wash. The problem for me comes when you try to math out: 1. how many dog owners are in the local area, 2. how many know of this dog wash, 3. how many want to spend $10 BUCKS for something they could easily do at home for FREE, and 4. how many will go to the trouble to actually do it during the dog wash business hours? I'm sure there will be a few regular customers, but at $10 a wash, that is 1600 washes to pay off the machine before you can even think of profits, and that's not even counting the cost to build the dog wash area. I don't think it is the best way to add revenue to the business.

I strongly disagree. We live in a city where many walk their dogs, and love their dogs. Also, there is a local dog wash place here that is not as nice as the one we are building, and there is a line out their door daily for people to wash their dogs. I don't like to wash my personal dog at home, rather I always take him to a place with a dog wash. I am only doing this for some supplemental income, and know this will do well, as we always do our homework before investing in anything. Great storefront for this particular wash, great area, and it will be more than 10 dollars, plus the other items we will be selling in the store.
