Not a specific course or a video, its a combination of experience and practice. For me that was the case, but if you want to learn hard surface there are plenty of videos and courses available.

No not textured them, I sometime use arnold, sometimes keyshot, sometimes Stager. :) Sure in future I might do the workflow.
