Thanks for the video. I wanted to know if there is any way to allow an approver to edit the request (original form)? Another add-on? I was not planning on using the form just for financial approvals, but for 'work orders'. In my scenario, the original data will be added to as the work order 'matures'. In your example, the creator might find a project for less and would edit the initial purchase order instead of creating a new purchase order. Therefore there is continuity and a history of all the events associated with purchasing the given projector.

There is now Version 2 of Workflow Approvals add-on. Approvers are now called Recipients. But I believe all the rest remain the same, or similar

Hello - Great explanation of the process! My version is not showing the Notifications piece, but instead lists 'account' as an option. But when I click on it, there's nothing in the box to choose from. Help?

Ms. Cara, I have my form set up, the teachers have different administrators. How can I make the workflow if I am at school A the form will go to principal A for approval or if I work at school B the form will go to principal B in the workflow for approval. I don''t not understand how to do that. My understanding is that all of the forms would have to go through the same workflow. Thank you and I look forward to your help

How do we have multiple approvals example - There are 3 departments and within that departments they first have internal approval before all the 3 departments goes to Finance team for final payout.

I have a question, is it possible to put about 5 approvers for a single request and that when one approves, follow the process? How could I do it? That is, only one of the 5 has to approve to follow the process and when it does, the others see it approved.

I need the form to automatically notify the form sender when it is approved by the manager, can't seem to figure that last step out.
