Does it is possible for the requestor, to interact again, after other recipients take action or approve? For example, a request is attended by all the recipients, but the requestor needs to share a final report or feedback with all the involved parts. Tks in advance.

Hi Marina Yes, absolutely. Follow these steps: 1. Make sure you have "Collect email addresses" enabled in your Google Form settings; 2. Add a dynamic recipient to your workflow and select the question "Requestor's Email Address" 3. Set their role type to "Needs to Edit" 4. Set their receiving order to one level higher than the last approver 5. Add a private message explaining to the requestor what they need to do (e.g click on the Edit button, navigate to the end of the form, and answer the final questions / upload the final report). Hi, I’m currently building an online form and am getting there but stuck on one aspect. Is there a way the first receiver is able to write a note that carries forward to the second receiver as opposed to the person making the initial request?

Hi Yes, just make sure you have set the receiving order of your workflow. For example, when a recipient is set to level 2 of the workflow, they will receive it *after* the level 1 recipients have responded, and therefore their email will contain the response (including any comments) made by recipients at earlier levels. I want the first recipient to review the request and only if all details are completed, then forward it to next level who are the main approvers. and the 3rd recipient who get the msg of the decision and 4th recipient get a CC of the decision

Hi, Thank you for your message. All emails sent to approvers contain 3 buttons (Approve, Decline, Comment). If the approver would like to leave a comment with their response, they should use the Comment button. This will take them to our website to enter a comment and then choose the response. Provided you have "Collect email addresses" enabled in your Google Form settings, the add-on will automatically email the requestor the outcome of their response including any comment they left. At level 4 in the video, if the recipient receives a copy will it say whether it has been approve?

Yes, it sure will! Each notification that is sent by the add-on includes the Approval History up until that point in the workflow. Within the tutorial, the Receives a Copy recipient is positioned at the end of the workflow, therefore will include the Approval History of all recipients and show that the request is Complete.

Hi Rishi Yes, you can do that in one of two ways: 1) You can move any questions that need to be hidden to a section within the form and you can hide sections from emails by following the steps on this page: formapprovals.com/support/personalizing-notifications/#hide-sections; or 2) Within the spreadsheet that is linked to your form, you can move any column that you want hidden to the right hand side of the Request # and Overall Status columns (when building notifications, the add-on excludes any information that is positioned to the right of those two columns). What if the request was rejected? Does the requester need to complete the form again? Or he/she can edit the initial request form?

Thank you for your message. When an approver declines a request, the add-on automatically sends a notification back to the requestor. This notification includes a link for the requestor to edit the original request (so they don't need to complete the form from scratch again). Hi, I have an issue. So I set up my self as a static recipient, then my manager as the second static recipient. When an employee click submit, we both receive the notification at the same time. I thought that my manager should wait until I approve it first. Could you please help?
