I think you've really improved how fast you create each level. Sure the size of the maps differ (Omashu being the biggest and/or most complex I think) but just in terms of the efficiency blocking out areas and design methodology. I'm guessing mechanics and cut scenes and voice editing is a whole nother ball game. Good thing is you won't need to do much marketing since you have such an organic audience.

Im always amazed by your work on level design, but after years, we did not see much on the gameplay side of things. Best luck with your project!

We work on the Gameplay side of things on the side. The Maps take up the vast majority of the work while I can prototype a mechanic on an evening. The way Dreams is set up makes it incredibly annoying to put Gameplay Mechanics into the Maps itself because if I ever lets say decide that Ladders need an Update I need to go into every single level with a ladder and update it manually. Same goes with updates to Aang. Found a Bug? Welp, gotta update 30+ scenes... So I want to make sure everything works 100% before I put Gameplay Mechanics in the Map. If you follow the Streams I showed off a bunch of Gameplay Mechanics already in Aang's Testlevel. I definitely wanna focus a bit to show that here on YT too once we caught up with all the Videos.

I love the progress and the game, but this team needs to start being realistic and understand that they’re taking too long when the whole project relies on the upkeep of a PS4 game. As soon as this project got serious it should’ve been moved over to a standalone game engine. For the genuine future of this project, as much of a pain as it would be and time consuming, this whole project needs to move out of the current engine into a more sustainable one. This team is spending years on this project, that can only be enjoyed by very few, and one day will be simply be gone thanks to relying on a PS4 game and it’s servers and maintenance.
