Interesting that you use Maya and Zbrush so interchangeably. A lot of stuff like borders and such on geometry would be faster in zbrush with polygroups and less context switching, but oh well

Hey thank you! It's a button I scripted. You can create one through zscript it's pretty easy to do :). I do have a plugin for it tho with some other features. It's on my artsation store page. It's called "hardsurface tools" or something similar to that name haha

Great video! So is zbrush basically normal map export to maya for use in games? Then you just bake texture out as another file and use normal map and texture as files to overlay on the low poly model in game?

Sorry for the late reply. But yeah kinda. You sculpt your shapes and details. And then in another software like maya you retop to get a low res version of the mofel to put it in game with the baked details
