is there a way to change the object in the material.blend file for creating materials through kitops? ive tried to change the mesh, rename and apply transforms but when i go to create a materials insert, the mesh that i set doesnt show up.

From my developer: Hey Chipp I have just done some investigation and there is a secret flag set on that 'material base' object. The best work around for the moment I would suggest is to import or create the object you want to replace it, JOIN it to the 'material base' object, tab into edit mode and delete the old object. Then, temporarily disable KITOPS and save the file (otherwise the object mysteriously disappears!). I will take a look next week to see what the bug is and if there is a better workaround for you.

Hi Chip. I followed the video fine till I got my insert. It came out as a box and not a cutter. Can you help?
