12:38 made me laugh! Way to handle the unexpected. As for the Wendy's Frosty experiment, you need to try it with fresh Frosties. Yours were melted to start. Then you hit it with a mixer too. Try again by incorporating your cookies with a spoon into a colder, more solid Frosty. I think you'll have a better result. Thanks for the video and good luck!

For the shepherd’s pie you would’ve done well to get sour cream, which Wendy’s does have. You needed a milk product for the mashed potatoes & the sour cream would’ve worked better than the butter. Maybe keep that tidbit in your mind for the next time you do something like this in which you need a dairy item.

When I make my cinnamon rolls I end with spreading milk over the buns before baking. It makes caramelized cinnamon on the bottom of the pan. Yum!

You can make ice cream without a machine. BUT you have to stir it at least every 45 min (or more often) when you have it setting in the freezer or else it will crystallize.
