Having photographed well over 1,000 weddings, I got pretty good at showing both men & women how to pose. When you first start doing that it feels strange, but it works extremely well. It takes less time and you get better results physically showing poses rather than trying to direct people to pose in certain ways. It also invites some fun comments, but if you don't take them personally they help keep things light during stressful sessions. Don't be ashamed of showing anyone how to pose!

This is what I love about light lenses that just work. This 35, 55, and 85 are are very light creating a small footprint. I’m not sure if the 1.4 is worth it for the size.

I only find the 1.4 lenses necessary for full length environment portraits. They add just that little bit extra isolation.

So Manny- I would like to try this small portable softbox, but I have a V1 speedlights. I haven't been able to find a plate to attach it, where it actually fits the round shape so I don't get light spill/loss. Any ideas?? Thanks for all your great videos!
