Wow! That is impressive. I remember some of your first videos and you have come a very long way! I've been working on a Cessna 172 cockpit for over two years, and now I'm thinking I may have to start all over. I'm going to go back and watch all of your videos that I missed and try to get some ideas on improving my build. You are doing an amazing job! Finally subscribed and looking forward to more.

Hey Delta Tango, thank you for your kind words! There’s no shame in starting over. I did it thrice! I wish you the best of luck with your build!

Wow bob! My dear really i love u , im thinking for something like that for a long time, 2 saitek yokes togheter with cycle pieces to one master yoke, me sorprendiste! Saludos
@CaptainBobSim2 жыл бұрын
That would be super cool! I hope your yoke solution works out - let me know if you have difficulty with the files!

Hi Captain nice project, I would use metal pipes instead PVC, I think will more solid!! Cheers!!
@CaptainBobSim2 жыл бұрын
Great suggestion! I'm on it! I intentionally made the pipe diameter parametric so you can change to whatever yoke size you like best.

If you incorporate one of these you'll remove most of the bounce you had with your previous bungee system. I would think with the increased strength you could now do2 springs(back and forward) for pitch resistance. FRT-G2-300-G3-Standard 300 is the grams per cm force so you can find different forces for the same price(around $3) you can also get models without the gear if you want to attach your own.

I like the simplicity of this idea, I'll have to try it out!

Hi man, Im really liking your project, May I ask you what the little screens are for the instruments and where I can get those?
@CaptainBobSim10 ай бұрын
Hello! For the little instruments I'm making them myself using motors and 3D printing, for the radio stack I'm using various 7 segment displays, and LCD displays

Dual Linked Flight Sim Yokes with FORCE FEEDBACK? :):) Come on! Make them with 100% Force feedback - load cell 100 FB = 100 lbs, 40 lbs, 10lbs? at 100kts that's 16lbs / 7kgs. cruising in a Cessna 172, at 122 knots, means you need to wrestle 9kg you need approximately 1lb of backpressure to hold the plane level for every 6kts without trim "You choose your own path... unless your copilot chooses it for you..." Airbus A318 - A380, A350 included - SIDESTICK PRIORITY? PRIORITY RIGHT, PRIORITY LEFT

We'll get there someday :) For now I just have to survive my classes.
