Very nice to see that they *make chocolate,* instead of selling the raw beans only. There is also a very tasty chocolate in Ecuador. Their verity of chocolate has a very high fat content. The chocolate from the mountains of Ecuador is like butter. Can recommend ! The Mexican one has less fat content, it's a good one for drinks or tea/coffee with cacao.
