😂 This is crazy. Probably gets outclassed by the time you have enough grass and twigs to get all ton of morsels. But still pretty good. If for some reason you needed morsels and didn’t want krampii to spawn. You could just do this.

yeah people underrate traps a lot, they're excellent for baiting warrior spiders so that you can clean tier 3 dens more easily and leaving a trap at a frog pond near-but-not-so-close your base can give you meat from time to time with no effort

If you use multiple traps on single mole, every single trap produce morsel. So if you willing to give all grass and twigs just for lazy farm Here ya go

I am unsure of the exact method to reproduce this but one time I joined an empty pub server and noticed a wrapped present at spawn. So I unwrapped it only to have a mole pop out and explode killing me instantly. I would assume the moles interaction with gun power causes it to combust but is that all it takes?

The requirement is just the gunpowder going into the moles inventory Traps can force that too because of the mole trap interaction

main way i use these traps is by killing that one frog or spider that agro on me when i have to do something nearby, without alerting the horde. also can deal with warrior spiders, which makes cleaning out large cocoons easier.

The hell you mean 2400 damage? Like, a 2401 HP spider will just not get captured?

the number is actually off lol. its supposed to be 3200 damage. This is 8 spider warriors or depth dwellers getting captured. Each having 400 hp. and the trap having 8 uses its just more efficient damage to use a trap in some cases vs using a weapon.

There was a bug with the trap that you could get 8 morsels from one trap. I think you had to kill the rabbit just before it went into a trap and then you would have a morsel AND the rabbit inside the trap ready to repeat that. I don't know if it's patched or not and I was really surprised that you didn't talk about it.

@@namhaihatrung4116 well Its all about experimentation. you can do the same with the eye mask or sheild from the terrarium boss fight too. and I think those would be more readily available to wigfrid than carrying around a rabbit. but both do work :D

Do people really only use grass traps just to get a presty? That's how i get frog legs and it's also really good to help clear it a tier 3 spider den. Helps with frog rain especially

Wait, the trap is overlooked? I use it all the time! From just planting it down over bunny holes to get some passive food production while I'm off doing other stuff, or to help clear a spider den, they're great!
