Thank you. Layout is the hardest part of Dorico Pro to get a handle on and you have resolved a couple of queries I had. Like create your own master page from the start.

Akala ko po ako lang yung Pinoy na gumagamit ng Dorico :) But I am Huge Fan of Finale because of Maetro Font na nagmumukhang malinis tignan yung score at madaling basahin kaysa sa Bravura font ng Dorico na para ka rin gumamit ng MuseScore dahil may Bravura font din ang MuseScore. So that's makes Finale unique to me than other notation programs. Sa Interface at features siyempre panalo ang Dorico pero pag naghahanap ka ng Simpleng design at magandang music font at sheet music na maeexport at marurun sa kahit anong PC, para sakin Finale ang the Best dahil kailangan mo ng high spec PC sa Dorico Pro :)

Thank you Maximus! malaking improvement sa akin from Finale to Dorico yung pag create ng lecture materials. so far kasi, wala pa akong nakukuhang gigs to try Dorico fully on big orchestral works. Hopefully maka adapt ako. as of now, most of what I do on Dorico are lecture materials. I'm on a macbook pro 2015 using Dorico Pro 3.1

Great video. There is one step that doesn't work for me. At around 6:30, you apply changes to the master page first and get a black screen. You then add the page back. When I do the same thing I don't have the ability to add the page - the button is greyed out and doesn't allow me to add it. Any suggestions? I'm on Dorico 4.

Hi Aaron. I saw your post also in the Dorico FB page. thank you for sharing this video there. I've tried to recreate this in Dorico 4 and, on my end, the "insert page" button appears. I'm not sure why it's not available for you. After exiting the "edit master pages" by clicking apply, did you get a blank screen with no pages? What happens for me is sometimes I get one page, and sometimes I get no pages. In the case when I get no pages, the "insert page" button is available for clicking on my end. I'll try to figure this out and send you a video reply through the Dorico FB page when I can. thank you again Aaron!

Hi! Thanks for this video. Have you found out how to make the numbers of each exercise appear? I would even want to have them as a staff label, before the system, preferably, if you know what I mean.

Hi! For the numbers, i just use text frames and type in the numbers and adjust their position accordingly. I have not tried to make it appear automatically yet.
