Choosing Meganium! Unlike Meganium is pure-Grass and become Grass/Psychic finally most favorite of the starters. Regional form Blaziken become Fire/Dragon because they never add Dragon type for the starters after Mega Charizard X became Fire/Dragon and Sceptile became Grass/Dragon. Regional Form Blaziken became real Dragon Slayer super dope!

The Legend Arceus starters are Rowlet, cyndaquil and Oshawott because they represent Shogun, samurai etc. thematic fitting for the setting (edo japanese) BECAUSE OF THAT for Legend Z-A it would be fitting when they do the same but with france since Unova is based on france. So I think the starters will be Snivy (based on france royalty) Piplup (based on Napoleon) and Torchic (based on rooster which is the national symbol of france)
