Incredible information, I think the tutorial can be greatly improved, I spent 10 hours pausing the video and doing all the steps several times and I only managed to add a block with a collision but invisible. Today, experimenting on my own, I am already creating my first room in less than an hour, it works perfectly and I thank you very much, but I think that the tutorial creates a lot of confusion and that you could improve it.

super super helpful! One question - I get an error saying 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' when i type in the main meshes name into the archetype (yours is 'ook3d_tutorial'). I've been spending hours trying to fix it :( It works if i type in the the name_shell/ _details. But when I just type in the main name it throws out the error. Would you know why? :( Also, for some reason the collision/ occlusion isn't updating on the vanilla version. The vanilla mesh is getting replaced with the modded one though which is good. Thankyou in advance!

Followed everything step by step, but for some reason. If I export the " shell " and "details" they are empty files in codewalker. What step did I miss?

You are exporting the wrong item, or did not apply any things, /model/collision. I managed to get it working. Kinda @@LazosOfficial

Did you embedded your texture? And are you sure you sellected the whole object. when exporting

Also If you don't mind me asking, If I wanted to make it "easier" couldn't I take the shell of the building use the door on the outside for the interior like any other videos showing MLO from scratch? This might be the same thing I just asked on my original comment, but is it just as difficult to open the office door inside the vanilla MLO?

@@duckwithdrum would probably be easier to basically just make a copy of the interior and edit it that way instead of editing the vanilla thing, if you need help importing the entire interior into blender, dm on discord, ook3d

I want to thank you for the professional tutorial. I am starting redm mlo and i have CX for the redm modules , I know that some people try to not share there knowledge wich is shame and unhuman. I have seen pers tutorials and so many tut i have notice some different. So my questions are Q1: does this apply for redm? Q2: I couldn't import redm ymap,is there a way? Q3: are we going to see redm mlo tutorials from your side ? Q4: in CX I couldn't see collision i saw bulding in world collision only. Q5: where is the occullsion in CX ? Sorry for the longe comment and thank you alot for the work you are doing for the community.

Cuz you are copying the location, not the rotation.

Thank you very much! One more thing, when placing props and generating the new ytip, my game crashes when it gets close to the location of the MLO, apart from the fact that the location of the props in relation to my MLO is also completely off, being very far from my MLO, any idea? Why is that? @

Select textures for building find the wall and add the image to it then save.Many videos on specific details for this.Any mlo wall editing video will show you the steps I'm sure ook has a video if not look around
