Hi, welcome back💌 I am giving my bedroom a makeover. I am so grateful for the bedroom I have had for many years, but I have been itching for some change, so I am happy to be creating my dream bedroom in this video. I have problems with my hands too, so laybe this could help (although i'm not doing it in as big quantities as you) I tend to put coffee in a large rectangular dish and dip the whole paper. Then put it to dry on a piece of cloth. Since the paper is staying only a few seconds in the coffee, it doesn't get damaged but it's so much faster. Also, to tear up the paper, i will use a ruler, I find it easier, probably because it's only one continuous moment and i can grab the paper better, so it cause less pain If anyone as any other tip, I would love to know!

I don't have RA, but I have Lupus, which gives me very bad arthritis. If I have to use my hands I lot, I wear compression gloves. It's not ideal in the summer, but there are some, that leave the fingertips free, which makes it bearable in the heat 😅 maybe that will help you as well, when making cards etc 😊💜

Just discovered you and I love! I have really bad arthritis in my wrist and had an art Etsy shop I closed, (I also did hand drawn and painted cards) but I was able to design a stamp using Etsy and Amazon, and it was just a press one which SAVED my wrist. I highly recommend if you want to keep going and save your energy and pain to try and go that route, it really saved me time and pain. You could do with a press of some sort that has a lever which you can use for your stamp. That would give a considerable mechanical advantage which would save you time and effort but also make it much easier on your hands. Just a thought 🤔

I love the bed. I have one similar to yours, but not as tall. My footboard is taller than yours. I love it !! I'm thinking about painting it white. Ive dyed paper with a mix of coffee and tea. I used all kinds of things to ues as patterns. The applicay lace ones were the nicest. I loved making them. 😊

I haven’t nailed down an official date yet but the goal is by the end of August. I’ll update in my next video and/or on my instagram story. I am sorry to hear you can relate to the autoimmune bit, it’s such a pain. I wish I had more ways to help, honestly I just try to eat a lot of anti-inflammatory foods and go on walks everyday. Also been working a lot on lowering my stress levels. Those are kinda the only things I know to do!

As an RA spoonie as well, I can relate to the battle of esthetics and creativity vs the pain and weakness in your hands. Efficiency is definitely going to be a life saver! Either ordering something fully custom made, meaning the entire tag and thank you card set, or getting custom mechanical stamps that take less effort and use them on pre-cut and hole punched tags, or investing in something like a Cricut machine that can customize, cut and write it all out for you! And I totally understand these are all expensive things and it sucks! These are just suggestions from someone with similar issues who loves to make homemade gifts. 🎁🏷️🥄
