Am loving that concept of outdoor bbq and highlighting the farmers crops , eating and enjoying it, being generous and sweet to bring your most priced meat wagyu and your love to share great food to people around you. When my family lived on Long Island in Suffolk County, we used to get oodles of summer peaches from a farm on Pulaski Road... The Best Ever... They were big and sweet and juicy.. Between those peaches and the beefsteak tom's from our back yard, we didn't want for much more, lol... Simpler times😊 ps, your hot oil sounds fantastic, I loooove the hot chill oil.. 🤗✌💌🌿

Love this time if year, perfect grilling weather and awesome veggie options. I am a couscous fiend and used to grill/broil a ton of farm market veggies (onions, garlic, zucchini, squash, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, etc) and turn the leftovers into a cous cous salad and eat it for days.

Of COURSE those vegetables would be absolutely wonderful - they were so fresh that they were still screaming. There is nothing like the flavour of a freshly-picked sun-warm strawberry/peach/tomato. And freshly picked and grilled veggies is going to be next level. And giving all those people a taste of Wagu? Awesome!

Visit Ochs Farm in Warwick! They have delicious apple cider donuts and if you want a beautiful view, drive up to the orchard. Also, visit Bellvale Creamary for amazing homemade ice cream and incredible view of the Warwick Valley. Only go on weekdays though, it’s crazy busy on weekends. Love your videos!
