i really liked therms idea of a plasma/crystal ball turtle, i drew what i would say is its pre-evo, the plasma ball is foggy, has little clouds, and wherever the plasma hits the side of the ball is an eye, to really bring in that psychic feel. the turtle itself is small and eyeless, bright lime with subtle, yellower patterns kind of like how turtle fins irl are patterned, and i named it plasmind. then i redesigned the other turtle for funsies, water/dark. i gave it a normal turtle shell but its limbs and head are made of very dark water, almost muddy, with gray highlights instead of white. it almost looks water/poison but i like it. its mudnacht (nacht is night in german, and mudnight is a pun on midnight)
