So cheerful and uplifting Dena, enjoy watching that spoon. Does this work with oil paint. I have some oil paint id like to use up, may take 10 years to dry though huh.😂

Thank you Elf! Yes, absolutely this technique works super well with oils (I only used oils the first few years of doing Daubism) Drawback is it takes 6 months or more to dry before the work can be shipped.

Hello Dena I have a question. Would you recommend any substance to add to acrylic paint to get a similar stiffer effect like oil paints? Thanks. Love your paintings. 😊

Thank you so much, Beverley! Yes, there are many options out there for adding texture and stiffer effects. I like the Golden mediums- I use a special mixture of additives when using acrylic to make the paint stiffer.
