One thing about cloud though is he does not have a way to swat projectiles out of the way like Lucina Roy aegis fair or the links’ nair etc which makes his limited recovery that much worse. His fair is just too slow and his nair hitbox doesn’t work for this. He really has a rough time with getting gimped. Idk if you saw spargo vs zackray’s pit recently but this weakness was on full display. It’s true though, cloud’s neutral and safe pressure is literally second to none.

I feel like you slept on Sephiroth a bit. Like yeah, he's super light and doesn't have good out of shield options, but his setups are great and his killpower is crazy. Also bonus points for his ability to absolutely DISRESPECT his opponents with octaslash.

Am I crazy or Young Link should be over Falcon? I know fire arrows are a combo starter and spammable as hell. You actually have legit kill confirms off of that too I think which aren’t hard with a bit of practice. Young Link underrated I think cuz they are a zoner with broken aerials that can all edgeguard well assuming the Young Link player can make use of all their aerials and nair alone is so fast that it can potentially win games even if you don’t spam fire arrows the entire game

@@DKbillFalcon can definitely win the matchup, but I still believe in Young Link cuz they have more options and they get an item they can combo with and fire arrows carry hard if you take the time to lab out the fire arrow combos and practice makes perfect of course when it comes to Young Link combos

Wow, I think that Mii Brawler placement is way too low. They have too many super early kill setups and combos. I think if a top player mained them we'd all be acknowledging they're top 10 and certainly better than Cloud IMO. I think the ability to change up your kit per matchup or per stage like Mii Brawler can is underrated. Look at what Kid from France did to MkLeo! That Cloud placement is odd to me. I also think it depends on how you make the tier list. Is it the classic FGC/Eventhubs style, where you work out every matchup score (ie 5/5, 6/4, 5.5/4.5) then add up all their scores and rank them in order of score? Do you give more weight to characters that do well against the most common tournament characters? I guess that would be like a tourney or top level tier list? Do you give more weight to tournament results like Esam does?

He can go toe to toe w steve although steve still wins. Mii brawler doesnt do well w swords though. Brawler should be above yoshi ez. Mii sword 2113 pretty ok but not crazy good. Game n watch is 2 low. Bowser incin and ridley arnt that bad Other than that. Not bad

In smash ultimate tier lists don't matter at all in online and locals and a little bit more in bigger tournaments
