@@CleverApes Overall things are good. Still in MTL, still semi-retired. In 2022 I bought a brand new KLR650. It was my third KLR having owned a gen I & II. It was a great bike, loved the better wind protection, EFI and suspension. But it was still a KLR and the vibrations felt like riding a paint mixer on the highway. Sold it last summer with my eye on a VFR, but missed the good deal. This summer I had other plans and didn't really miss the bike. Lets meet up for a bite and a pint to catch up. Moe

Have you ever owned a bike you didn't modify to your preference ? you were the first person I knew who fit heated grips to his bike, that was the R65LS, but the most memorable was your gold, faired RD400 which you rode when four of us went on a tour of the Maritimes. Not naming names, but I had the yellow and black CB400F.

That ride was back in the Middle Ages, and my memory has been much abused since then, but would that name be Elias, by any chance? Truly a memorable ride, alright! (And, if memory serves, not for the right reasons, in your case…!) 😉

@@CleverApes Yes, it was in a previous century. Elias had the red CB400F, Marc the Water Buffalo, you had the aforementioned RD, and I had the yellow-tanked CB400F which I managed to crash in PEI.
