Thanks for showing how to do this. I’ve never heard of this method before. Also, thanks for giving a realistic view and not cutting out the difficult parts so we know more of what to expect if we try it.

Thanks. I thought about cutting out some but I run my mouth too much lol...I don't like to hide the method... and it's cool to get input and feedback with ideas to try and make it easier.

Thank you so much. Great video, love your, “you must laugh at everything” quote. Definitely important, I laughed at what I pulled out of the kiln this week, yikes. Take care❤

get some 1/2" pegs for the waffle board to place around in an oval to help hold the band in place, should make your life easier.

Thanks so much for this video! I felt your pain and learnt a lot! I wonder if you could use horseshoe nails/nails on a board against the strip, adding them as you go (similar to stained glass) to keep the strip under control? I’d love to see you use that lovely glass dish in a stained glass piece! New subscriber and will check out your other videos. Thanks again ❤

Is this 1/2” or 3/4” banding or is it based on your needs?

This is 1/2" I measured it in camera at the end...I would think any size for your need would work... might just be a little trickier to bend.

Do you know if any of the banding holds up or is it a certain type of banding, I know it’s stainless steel and you are using a 1/2 “
