Sir please either share model answer for data analysis question of SO LDCE 2019-20 as it contains data from different years or share the details what could be written in such questions particularly in respect of table 2 and table 3 which contain data from different years.

In table 2, you can write exports of which items increased or decreased in year 2022-23 as compared to 21-22. Then you can write maximum increase or decrease in the items. You can also compare some big increases or decreases as compare to 20-21 year. Similar analysis can also be done for the table 3.

No clear instructions regarding docketing has been given in any book. But as a custom, most govt officers of old times were writing it below subject. So, you can write below subject.

Sir Question says prepare a NOTE not ID note. Shouldn't we write note in this? Or Q4 is always for drafting only??

When you have to prepare a note for consideration of DoE, then in my understanding it should be ID Note. MoP says for seeking concurrence of other dept, ID note should be prepared.

You are right. It's not possible in exam to write those facts. Exam me jitna time ke according, samajh aaye utna hi likhna padega. Wahan milta julta general information likh sakte hain.
