This is lovely. My master bathroom is this bright coral and medium/dark gray. There are watercolor poppies on the shower curtain with gray stems. I took my inspiration from those colors. This painting would be a wonderful work for that room.

CeeCee, this is so very beautiful. The color of the flowers are so vivid, and detailed with the essence of shadow, and the gold!! Love the background!! Even though you have painted this gorgeous work of art 3 years ago, it remains fresh, and definitely something I'd like to try. I paint with acrylics, and alcohol inks. Currently, I am taking a new direction in watercolors. You have inspired me greatly. I'm taking it in gradually as to not be overwhelmed, except I've invested a lot in paints. Mistake!
